SHIPPING POLICY
I typically ship out all orders within 1-2 business days. If I need extra time to ship out your package I will let you know as soon as possible. I package each product with care to avoid potential damage during shipping. However, I (seller) am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. All shipments will have tracking provided to track your shipment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Jewelry: All jewelry (including belts) is final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the items being made to order or customized and the cost/care it takes to make them. However, if any jewelry item breaks within 30 days, I will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
